The lesson fees are the same (as before lockdown) and should be paid before the lesson takes place. After payment has been received you will be sent login details to the student portal. This is where all the resources/notes/calendars/timetables can be found.
TERM TIME (To be paid by BACS before the term starts):
Group Lessons(20 minutes for 2 pupils, 30 minutes for 3 or more pupils):
£8.50 per lesson
Individual Lessons:
20 minutes £13.90 per lesson
30 minutes £20.40 per lesson
OUT OF TERM TIME (ONLINE, lesson by lesson/every 2 weeks/every month):
Individual Lessons only:
20 minutes £10 per lesson
30 minutes £15 per lesson
Missed Lessons (same conditions apply as before):
Where lessons have been missed because the pupil has been absent or unavailable, a refund or credit will not be given except for special reasons such as prolonged illness (greater than half a term). Refunds will not be given because the pupil has been absent / unavailable due to occasional illness, school trips, examinations, study leave, forgetfulness, or similar reasons. A refund will be given if my own circumstances do not allow me to carry out a lesson unless we can reschedule online.
Cancellations:
If notice to withdraw is given after the start of term/first visit, the full term’s charges remain payable, and where lessons are booked outside of term, please give 48 hours notice or the full lesson will be charged.
I would consider having lessons out of term to continue the improvement so time spent on revision is not needed during the early part of each term.
This website will be especially useful as it is here (through the student portal) where I will post all the resources from the lessons, so there will be no problem with lost music as it will be here to download/print out whenever you need! There will occasionally be advice posted here about how to accelerate your childrens’ learning and good information regarding exams and other music related posts. It will also have a calendar to view lesson times.
